I can remember in the recent past how difficult it was for home buyers to find a home. If you were lucky enough to find a home in your price range, the competition from other home buyers was fierce. What a difference a year or so makes. The opportunities are abundant. I was out this weekend looking at properties in Canyon Lake and was amazed at how many great deals are out there. A couple of years ago there were only 20 listings on the MLS, today there are 208 listings for sale. What a great opportunity to find the home of your dreams.
